Practical Tips For Homeschooling High School Level

Home schooling your child at any age is a huge undertaking. You as a parent assume the responsibility of parent and teacher. There are state regulations to comply with. Once your child reaches high school age homeschool becomes a whole different ball game.

Before you embark on the quest to home school a high school student be sure you are not only aware of your state’s requirements for graduation but you should also star to see what colleges your child will want to possibly attend and start gearing the home school high school courses towards those colleges.

Another fact that you must be aware of is that although you may meet state graduation requirements, many colleges will not accept a home school high school diploma unless it is from an accredited high school.
